What does this course include?
The FOCUS on Entrepreneurship Course helps students determine if the freedom and flexibility of entrepreneurship is the right path for them. Financial freedom is a main goal of entrepreneurs, but this is possible only if you understand the basic principles and are willing to learn from those who have done it successfully. This course will equip you to be unstoppable—develop the behaviors of successful entrepreneurs, create a basic business plan, and use the ICES model (Innovation, Concepts, Execution, and Solutions) to help students chart their course to entrepreneurial business success! The course includes the following:
Session 1: Introduction – Gain an understanding of entrepreneurship.
Session 2: Basic Entrepreneurship – providing information regarding how entrepreneurs focus on creating.
Session 3: Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneurs – we help identify the top characteristics of entrepreneurs and how they became successful.
Session 4: Personality and Behavioral Traits of Entrepreneurs – learn how to understand your gift cluster and how they align with other entrepreneurs.
Session 4: Basic Components of a Business Plan – we provide a template to create your own business plan.
Session 5: Insights for Success – we review innovation, concepts, execution, and solutions to become a successful entrepreneur.
Session 6 Create a Vision – without a vision you will not be able to reach where you are going, and we help you create a vision for your business.
