What does this course include?

The course focuses on six principles underlining values and character development—H for honor, E for excellence, R for responsibility, O for order, E for expectation, and S for servanthood. The course includes the following with personal application in each virtue:
Session 1 The HEROES Effect Profile – identifying what areas that you can improve on to increase favor and advancement within an organization.
Session 2 HEROES Principle – an introduction to the 6 virtues that can change your life!
Session 3 HEROES Leadership – Top 10 leadership principles to be a HERO.
Session 4 Honor – Equated with the highest degree of respect, mingled with awe, purposed for the dignity and character of another person, those who show honor radiate a good reputation, good quality or character as judged by other people, and uphold high moral standards of behavior.
Session 5 Excellence – Excellence is doing something very good and to the best of your ability. Excellence is a choice; you were not born with it. Decide to wake up every day and choose to walk in excellence. To excel means to be first in rank, above average, beyond the norm.
Session 6 Responsibility – Responsibility involves being the person who caused something to happen. It is fulfilling a duty or task that you are required or expected to do. It is fulfilling something you should do because it is morally right. It is willing to be held accountable for your actions.
Session 7 Order – The word order means to arrange or organize in a logical or regular way. It means peaceful or well-behaved.
Session 8 Expectation – Expectation is a belief and a strong hope that something will happen or is likely to happen. It is to anticipate or look forward to the coming or occurrence.
Session 9 Servanthood – A servant is one who performs duties to serve others. To serve means to give the service and respect due to (a superior) and to comply with the commands or demands of someone or something.
Session 10 Favor – Favor puts you on the front line and helps you fulfill your destiny. Favor does not come from mediocrity, being ordinary or lacking in excellence. Favor is a powerful force that will bring important people to you.
