Focus On Activation

The Focus on Activation course was created to help you understand your personal identity based on the following 4 key areas:

1. Focus Behavioral Profile: Identify your gift cluster based on your DISC personality focus style profile. After taking the profile, you will receive a one page report that will review your general observations, inspiring traits, ideal environment, value to the team, and personal development areas. Once you have identified your own personality style, then you can begin to identify the motivations of others based on their style. Once you identify your personality, we will equip you and understand how to improve communication, collaboration, and reduce conflict, based on understanding of self and others.
2. 7 Spheres Vocational Profile: Our second profile is to help you identify which sphere of vocational influence that you are called to create a positive impact in society.
   The seven spheres are as follows:
   1. Business
   2. Government
   3. Education
   4. Family
   5. Religion
   6. Media
   7. Arts and Entertainment.
      We then provide ways for you to experience your sphere such as volunteering, internships, or being mentored.
3. Spiritual Gifts Profile: The next profile is to identify your spiritual gifts that can be used in both your personal and professional life to influence and impact the lives of others. These include 20 different gifts that you will identify and be able to use on a daily basis.
4. HEROES Principle Profile: The final profile is focused on the Heroes principle that will produce favor, increase in influence in your life. In this profile, we will identify the top two areas that you need to improve on and provide an action plan for you to see greater levels of success. The acronym for heroes is:

H for Honor

E for Excellence

R for Responsibility

O for Order

E for Expectation

S for Servanthood

In these uncertain times, multiple distractions have caused many people to lose focus, struggle in finding and living out their purpose, lose, hope, and failed to live a life of fulfillment. This course will help you understand yourself, so that you can make better quality decisions.
